Registration Information

Note: There are 3 payment options:

  2. Cash Payment to a Local Bank
  3. On-site Payment

Option 1: Online Payment
Once you successfully complete the registration along with the payment, an receipt and an invitation letter will be sent to your email address within 7 working days.

Option 2: Cash Payment through Local Bank

Once you successfully complete the registration along with the payment, an receipt & an invitation letter will be sent to your email address.

Option 3: On-site Payment
Once you successfully submit the registration details, an invitation letter will be sent to your email address. The Registration will be completed only after the on-site payment.
Gratis Visa:
Registered participants of the APQN Conference who pay the total fee before 10th March 2019, via Option 1 or Option 2 are eligible for a Gratis Visa.
We are unable to accept applications for Gratis Visas after 10th March as it takes the Dept of Immigration about 2 weeks to process the Gratis Visa applications The evidence of full payment should be attached in the given field.
If you have used Option 1, the electronic confirmation of the payment will be adequate; if you have used Option 2, a scanned copy of the bank slip along with the bank confirmation should be attached.
